Free Shipping Exclusions
Certain orders are not eligible for free shipping. Exclusions include:
- Alaska, Hawaii, and off-shore U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico
- APO/FPO and PO Box addresses
- International orders
- Wholesale orders
Please note that due to an automatic ordering system, order modifications are no longer possible once your order has been placed online. As soon as your order is shipped out, you will receive a tracking email that will enable you to track your package.
Missing Orders
If your tracking number shows “delivered”, but you have not received it, please reach out to our Customer Care Team within 5 days (rafael@Alerse.com or call 323.707.1121), so that we can open an investigation with FedEx to try to locate your order. Alerse is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages.
Domestic Orders (Contiguous US)
Our warehouse processes online orders between Monday and Friday. Online orders placed with Home Delivery will be delivered Tuesday-Saturday. Online orders placed with expedited shipping will be delivered Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 12:30pm (Pacific Time) will not be processed until the following business day.
Please be mindful of holidays as shipping carriers are closed on select days, and the volume of orders received increases and extends time in transit. For a complete list of all U.S. Holidays observed by FedEx, please feel free to visit their website. Weather conditions may effect transit times as well.
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.
For all orders shipping within the contingent United States (excluding PO Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses), Alerse uses FedEx, UPS and USPS. Shipping costs are dependent upon the weight of the package.
